Based in Caithness, Fiona launched her business after working with a care team for her disabled son, where she was introduced to a tool called Motivational Maps. It helps people understand what not only motivates them, but those around them. She now helps other businesses and organisations to make sure they have the right team members in the right places.
We speak to Fiona about why its important to know what motivates people, how this can help businesses and what its like to be a businesswoman, mother and also live on a busy farm.

Clare changed lanes in life after a successful career in accountancy, she decided to launch prickly thistle which she describes as a bad ass bespoke tartan clothing brand with sustainability at the heart. She recently opened Rebel Row in Inverness to showcase all her designs and products in one place. She's an activist is social change and is about doing business with purpose - with prickly thistle being registered as a b-corp business - we speak to her about unplugging from social media, using her business to scale change rather than profit and how she’s been able to stick to her morals in an ever-growing business landscape.
